How I can loosen the oil painting of the tube? covers are glued on. I tried hot water and Turpin.? "
paintings I have are old and the paint dry on the CAP makes it difficult to open
Try using a pair of pliers to open the top. You can use a knife to remove some of the paintings between the cap and tube. Once you open it, clean the lid and the top tube. Cut the dried paint.
